Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Exchanges

At Beach789, we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our products. Each item undergoes a meticulous quality control process and is certified for its excellence, including a record of the items checked and the date of inspection.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at adm@beach789.com. We will reply with the detailed procedures to be followed for the exchange process.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
